Sophie Dark is raising money for Off The Record
My story
Off the record supports young people through traumatic episodes in their lives and provides information and counselling to people of all ages suffering unexpected pregnancy, post natal depression and post abortion stress syndrome (PASS). Off the record also help young people who may be victims of bullying or abuse and run a sexual clinic as well. They are the only walk in centre of this kind left in the richmond borough. I will be doing a 5k run this summer (21st July) to support this charity and any donations would be appreciated no matter how small!
