Challenge 15 for SPEAR and Honeypot

We are celebrating an incredible 10 years of charity partnership with SPEAR London and 5 years with Honeypot Children's Charity!

To honor this and raise even more funds for the incredible work of our charity partners we are hosting a Challenge 15 Event. Participants must set a personal challenge around the number 15 which they will achieve during the month's event.

Challenge suggestions are listed below, but you can set any challenge you wish!

• Exercising for 15 minutes a day
• Walking 15,000 steps a day
• Running/cycling/swimming 15km across a day or a week
• A team collectively walking 150,000 steps
• Eating 5 pieces of fruit and 10 portions of vegetables a week
• Volunteering for 15 hours
• Not driving a car for 15 days to reduce emissions etc.
