Special Olympics St Albans (SOSA)

Special Olympics St Albans (SOSA) offer children and adults with a learning disability weekly sporting opportunities and access to competition.  SOSA has created a community for people from the St Albans and surrounding areas to regularly take part in sport, to stay fit and to have FUN!  Through sport our coaches and amazing volunteers are able to engage with our athletes, to foster friendship and build a community for the athletes and their wider families and carers.  We love to celebrate our athletes achievements and to encourage inclusion in our sporting and social events throughout the year.
