Specialised Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team are raising money for Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charitable Fund
Our story
The Specialised Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team are a Multi-disciplinary team working with adults in the community who have suffered a stroke. We provide specialist rehabilitation and support to stroke survivors and their families.
As a team we will be completing a 15 mile canal charity walk from Cheshire East (Wheelock) to Cheshire West (Marbury Park) on the 22nd April 2023. Your kind donation will be in support of rehabilitation equipment to support those who have suffered a stroke.
