St George plc - Ealing Half Marathon 2026

A team of runners from St George, and some of our partner organisations, are running Ealing Half Marathon in aid of our incredible charity partners: BANG, Switchback and Ealing Mencap.

BANG - An organisation committed to developing young people to lead initiatives that create positive outcomes in their communities. Through innovative programmes, thy equip young people with the skills and confidence to achieve their aspirations whilst fostering leadership and personal growth. These efforts are complemented by community-focused initiatives, where BANG works to strengthen connections and build vibrant, supportive environments that amplify the impact of youth-led change.

Ealing Mencap - Support people with learning and other disabilities in the borough of Ealing by offering person-centred support, advice and opportunities to build skills, make friends, find work and participate in the community.

Switchback - Each year, thousands of young men leave prison determined not to return to crime yet come back with minimal support and facing huge barriers to change – including homelessness, debt and mental ill health. Switchback acts on this by fostering one-to-one relationships between Switchback trainees (the young prison leavers) and Switchback mentors. They challenge and encourage their trainees to take control and make real lasting change: a fundamental shift in mindset and lifestyle.
