Steve is getting back on his bike to support our local children!

Every kilometre helps build a brighter future for our local children! 🚴‍♀️💜

For the third year running, I’ll be getting back in the saddle as part of the Obex Foundation team to take part in the Jason Robinson Foundation bike ride.

From Saturday 26th to Monday 28th September, I’ll be taking on 350–400 km and around 4,000m of climbing through the stunning landscapes of Corsica. That’s a lot of kilometres, a lot of hills and, without a doubt, a lot of questioning why I signed up again! 😅
I’m taking on this challenge for the third to raise vital funds for the Jason Robinson Foundation, proudly supported by the Obex Foundation, helping children and young people build brighter futures.

Through Obex Foundation’s work in the local community, we have already supported more than 900 children across Primary schools in Luton, Hitchin and Hemel, providing weekly sports sessions, after-school clubs and school holiday activities. These programmes give children the opportunity to be active, build confidence, develop life skills and, most importantly, have opportunities they may not otherwise have.

Over the past two years, your incredible generosity has helped us raise vital funds to continue to make a real difference to young people’s lives. But there is still so much more to do and a new cohort of children to support.

This year, I’m asking for your support once again. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us reach more children and give them greater opportunities for a brighter future.
