My story

Thank you for taking time to visit my fundraising page.

I will be running the Stroud Half Marathon in October and raising money for The Door.

The Door do a fantastic work supporting young people and families in the Stroud and Cotswold Districts. It costs around £1800 each day to keep The Door open and as a charity they receive funding from various sources, including fundraisers.

I enjoy a physical challenge, and having run some 5ks in lockdown, I have decided to challenge myself with a half marathon. With this challenge I also want to support The Door as I see daily how meaningful and important the work is and how amazing everyone there is.
