Hazel is running the London Marathon to support Children with Cancer UK & Islington Legal Advice Centre

I am running the London Marathon for Two Incredible Causes 💛

This year, I’m taking on the London Marathon for my second time to raise money for two causes that are incredibly close to my heart.

These two charities do amazing – but very different – work:

Children with Cancer UK is dedicated to fighting the UK's biggest child killer – cancer. They fund life-saving research and support families through the hardest times imaginable.

Islington Legal Advice Centre (registered as The London Free Legal Advice Society) offers free legal advice to those who need it most, helping people in crisis access justice and basic rights in their time of need. Since last year I have been volunteering at the Centre and have seen first hand the impact of the work that they do.

I’ve chosen to split the donations equally between them, because both play a vital role in making the world fairer, kinder, and more hopeful.

Training hasn’t been easy but knowing that every mile is making a difference will keep me going!
