As promised, here is my latest update: My latest blood sugar levels (8.2) were slightly up compared to my target levels (7.9). The difference is 0.3 points so I am contributing 0.3 x £10 (£30) to this worthy cause! I am confident of keeping blood sugar around the target as I am practicing yoga every day, which is really helping me to keep my sugar levels under control. Really grateful to those of you who have already contributed and supported. Please continue to support me until I reach my fund-raising goal of £1000/- by the end of this month. Thank you all in advance.

Morning all, Apologies for the delay in providing an update, as promised. This was due to a family bereavement and travel to India.
I am pleased to let you know that my latest blood sugar levels are on the expected lines (7.1 mol/L)). I am therefore contributing £200 (20 points x £10) for this worthy cause. Please continue to support.

Just thought I would provide an update as to how I am getting on!

• I am measuring and reviewing my blood sugar levels once every 15 days.
• Unfortunately my current count is 9.7, which has gone up! I will still contribute, as promised £10 for each 0.1 increase (i.e., 0.6 = £60)!

In order to kick off my fund raising, I am taking the below challenge:

I am Diabetic and my current HbA1C is 9.1. My target is to bring this down to 7.9 by 31 July 2022. I will donate 10 pounds for every 0.1 reduction in my HbA1C and a minimum of 100 pounds even if I can’t achieve my target by the due date. Please join me in supporting this worthy cause!
