Ed's Swift Half.

Well hey there!

So I've kind of done something a little silly again and signed up for another bloody big run for charity!

Firstly let me me spend a few moments to tell you all about this wonderful cause I'm supporting called Lifelites. It's a superb cause that supports children in hospices dotted around the UK with accessible technology.

Now that bloody big run I mentioned. It's only a ridiculous half marathon round Silverstone on the 3rd of March. I've just kick-started my training and have stopped smoking in an attempt to push for a respectable time, or at the very least not keel over halfway round.

Now that awkward part, asking for money. Well my target's a cool £500 so if you could please donate generously I'd really appreciate your support.

As that friendly retail behemoth says every little helps so please dust off that plastic and start tapping.
