My story
The last 18 months have been a huge challenge both personally and in FOAWales. I’m not currently able to walk far but I’ve started swimming so pledge to swim 9k which is approx 600 lengths of the pool at Miskin Manor. Please help me raise £1 a length.

Early morning swim whilst I’m training for my challenge. I managed 12 lengths today without needing urgent oxygen which is a huge improvement on 6 when I started a couple of weeks ago. I need to get up to a minimum of 20 a day by August 1st to manage 600 during the month. #wonkies #wagathon
