My story
In April 2026 I am taking part in the Brighton Marathon for the most amazing charity 'The Daniel Estick Trust'.
The charity was established in 2010 after the loss of Ian & Claire's little boy at just 23 months. The trust provides memory boxes for bereaved parents through professional organisations, children's hospices and local hospitals. It also runs trips for children and families to create memories to treasure.
The value of such a simple item can bring such comfort to a bereaved family and those memory boxes can become a huge focus and support on the long and rocky road of grief families may encounter.
Training in this awful weather has not been easy, so please make the pain a little lighter!
Any donations how big or small can really make a difference to this lovely small charity, and it will mean the world to everyone involved.
