Natasha Mills is raising money for Safe in Sussex

My story

As you all probably know, I work for Safe in Sussex. We're a charity that provides support for victims of domestic abuse across West Sussex.

  • Did you know that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced some form of physical violence?
  • Did you know that each year, nearly 2 million people in the UK suffer some form of domestic abuse?
  • Did you know that 1 in 7 children are currently experiencing domestic abuse in some form?

I didn't know these things before working for Safe in Sussex, but I do now.

We rely heavily on fundraisers and the generosity of the public to continue our work.

Please donate if you have any spare pennies! :)

Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Safe in Sussex.

Half Marathon Update!

So Covid has finally caught up to the Mills household with myself, Elliott and Albie all coming down with it.

Despite the government guidelines, it would be totally irresponsible for me to run the half marathon this Sunday, particularly as I'd be in close proximity to a lot of people.

It really sucks as I have trained hard and was ready for it! But am feeling pretty grotty unfortunately.

I have already rebooked to take part in the Worthing Half Marathon on Sunday 24th April - so I'll keep you all updated!

Thank you to everyone that has donated so far - you are stars :)
