"Team Lila" 5k birthday park run, Tilgate

This year to help celebrate our AMAZING Lila's 10th birthday, Sarah and I have decided to arrange a 5k park run at Tilgate Park, Crawley (Sat 4th Nov @ 0900hrs), for all our close friends and family, and anyone else who wants to get involved. At the same time raise some much needed pennies for her chosen charity Pitt-Hopkins.
Lila absolutely loved people running round her, she would often break out into uncontrollable laughter! She also loved the need for speed, in particular if you ran alongside her while she was in her wheelchair, my WORD would she laugh!!!
I'd also like to think that Lila could be a catalyst for some people to get active and take up a new hobby, running, who knows!!!!
