Team London Scottish- Portuguese Power House

In March 2026, I’ll be taking part in Doddie’s Triple Crown, the latest epic cycling challenge led by Rob Wainwright and Mark Beaumont to raise funds for the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.

The ride runs from Tuesday 10 to Friday 13 March 2026, starting at Melrose RFC and finishing in Dublin, the night before Scotland take on Ireland at the Aviva Stadium. Over four days, riders will cover an incredible 800 miles, crossing Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland.

The route looks like this:

• Day 1: Melrose to Leeds
• Day 2: Leeds to Gloucester
• Day 3: Gloucester to Pembroke (overnight ferry to Ireland)
• Day 4: Rosslare to Dublin

We’re riding as Team London Scottish — a group of 9 cyclists — and we’ll be joined by over 40 teams taking part across the whole event. Last year, our team raised over £50,000, and with your support we’re determined to smash that target in 2026.

While the primary focus of the event is raising funds for Motor Neurone Disease, we will also be donating 10% of our team’s total fundraising to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, in honour of close friends currently facing an incredibly tough cancer battle. This felt like a meaningful way for us to support two causes that are very close to our hearts.

It will be a long and demanding ride, but the charities we’re supporting need these funds — and every mile we ride helps make a real difference.
