tfd health & fitness are raising money for Motor Neurone Disease Association and My Name'5 Doddie Foundation
Each year we select a charity partner and this year we've chosen to support MND Association and My Names Doddie for the amazing work they do. The combination of research and support to families affected by this disease is brilliant and we're looking forward to supporting them to continue doing so. We did amazingly well last year and we'll be continuing this year by taking part in many events this year including Kim and Anthea's Ultra 100km walk!

THEY DID IT!!! The team completed the 100km Gower Ultra challenge on Saturday and they all absolutely smashed it! Thank you to all of you for your kind donations that kept them going through some of the tough moments. Time for them all to put their feet up and heal those blisters before our next charity challenge... but for now CONGRATULATIONS TEAM :)
with only 4 walks to go the gang are working hard and building up their biggest walk of 48km this Sunday!! Thats more than a marathon... and still only half of what they'll be taking on at the Ultra. They really appreciate all your support so far... keep going team!
