Thames River Kayak Challenge

Hello:)
In a few weeks a group of amazing people at VCCP will be kayaking and rowing 40km's along the Thames from Deptford to Twickenham to raise money for The Change Foundation.

I was just a person that sponsored them an wished them well, BUT then a place came up and I took it! I haven't really done a big challenge like this and rowing back in my Uni days and Kayaking when I was little isn't going to help me. Your support and sponsorship will and I would be so grateful for anything to push me and the team to nail this!
