The Great North Run

I'm Running the Great North Run this year for Team Debra UK. Not many know but my dad unfortunately suffers with epidermolysis bullosa, an uncommon skin condition, that means skin is incredibly fragile and blisters easily. This can present far worse in many individuals and be life changing. Fortunately, my dad is one of the lucky ones but it still effects many everyday tasks.

Today DEBRA UK is a national charity supporting 3,000+ members, which includes people living with EB, relatives, partners, or carers of someone with EB, healthcare professionals and researchers who work with EB.

DEBRA UK exists to provide care and support to improve quality of life for people living with EB, and to fund pioneering research to find effective treatments and, ultimately cure(s) for EB.

After a tough year with two knee operations I thought now is the perfect time and I hope you can support me on this journey to raise money for a fantastic cause!! No matter how small your donation it all counts !!!
