The Thrings Throng takes on the Thames

We are setting out as a team to race the entire length of the River Thames - 346km - to raise money for LYR, an organisation that brings rowing and other watersports to young people from communities that would otherwise not have the opportunity, opening them up to the health benefits and skill development it can bring whilst helping to make the niche sport more diverse and inclusive.

Throughout the week, our team will be clocking up the kilometres by walking, cycling, running, rowing and whatever other forms of active movement we can find to get the job done. By sponsoring us, you can help us reach our goal of raising £500 which will help the charity to support more young people across the country.
