My story
London Youth Rowing (LYR) Trustees Avril, Sarah, Umer, Nick, Sophie, Akash, Karen and John are Racing The Thames! We're completing 346km, the distance of the Thames from source to sea, over 8 days in December to raise funds to help young people in 4 locations across the UK improve their physical and mental wellbeing and learn life skills through rowing and other paddle sports.
