Three castles Ultra 50KM & Mud monsters 14KM

On the 31st of May, I participated in the Three Castles 50km ultra marathon, enduring the intense heat of 28 degrees Celsius. This was an extraordinary experience and a formidable challenge, as the heat was exceptionally high. I successfully completed the course in 6 hours and 46 minutes.

Achieving my first ultra marathon was a remarkable accomplishment, as I only commenced training for it at the end of March due to health concerns.

Six days later, I will be participating in the Mud Monsters 14km mud run, which presents a significant challenge. I have previously completed this event, and it stands out as the most muddy mud run I have ever experienced.
