What is the KT Care Foundation?

The KT Care foundation is a UK regulated charity that supports the people of Myanmar. The KT Care foundation was established in May 2008 following the devastating effects of Cyclone Nargis which was the worst natural disaster in Myanmar's recorded history. Today the foundation supports the social and physical well-being of people in need in Myanmar.

What projects will my donation go to?

KT Care is running several projects in parallel. Your donations will go towards one or multiple of the following:

• Telecentre (Giving IT education and IT equipment to the rural communities)

• HER (Health Enables Returns, raising
  Health Awareness for women in factories and give them access to healthcare).

• Mobile Clinics (including Cleft Palate and Eye Patients)

• Shelters and Homes with With World Together

What is the challenge?

On the 27th of July we will be doing the Three Peaks Challenge; climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours! In these 24 hours we will be walking the distance of a marathon (42km), climbing 3,000m and driving 10 hours which leaves little room for any sleep!
