Hi everyone!

On the 18th April 2027, I will be running the Manchester Marathon.

This will obviously be very difficult and very tiring. However, running a marathon has always been up there near the top of my bucket list, alongside going to an away Ashes series and watching West Ham in the Champions League.

I came to the conclusion that finishing 26.2 miles was the most likely of those three to happen, so thought I might as well.

I will be running this race in support of Lymphoma Action.

Lymphoma is the most common form of blood cancer, and it claims the lives of over 5,000 people in the UK every year. In my own family, we have lost my grandad and two of my uncles to the illness.

Lymphoma Action completes vital work providing evidence‑based information, emotional support, and practical guidance to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. 

Therefore, I would be hugely grateful if you could spare whatever you are able to my fundraiser, as I attempt to raise £1,000 for Lymphoma Action.
