Halfway update:
This years challenge requires our team to complete approx. 1.38 million steps in four weeks. I am delighted to report that at the end of week 2 the team had completed over 998,000 steps, putting us way ahead of target!

My story
We are entering the ISS Pedometer Challenge for 2025. This year we are celebrating biodiversity and wellbeing in the UK with “Step into Nature: Walk for Biodiversity this May!”
Our team is aiming to walk 600miles (the length of the UK!) over the month. This is 3.57miles per day which is equivalent to 8,162 steps. Along the way we'll also learn about the nature and biodiversity that the UK has to offer.
Please help ISS to beat our 2024 fundraising total and raise £15,000 for our charity partners. All donations are split equally between WWF and Macmillan.
Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto WWF-UK and Macmillan Cancer Support.
My updates
On 5th May Jade Atherton, Tim Clowes, Bryony Lane, Nicole Thake, Lauren Sullivan and myself started our pedometer challenge. Luckily for us it wasn't traditional Bank Holiday weather in the UK so we were able to walk in sunshine!
