Giving it a TRI

We are all taking on their very first triathlon in June!

• What could go wrong? For a start the swim is in a big lake full of geese…
• How will it go? We are not sure, but we are excited and nervous in equal measure
• Why are we doing it? This is the important bit, and where you come in please. We are raising money for Mengo Hospital in Kampala, Uganda and asking for your kind donations please!
• Tell us more about Mengo? Mengo is a wonderful hospital that Anna has spent several happy summers working at and is waiting to go back this Autumn. As we hopefully emerge from the worst of the Covid pandemic here in the UK it is time to think of our colleagues overseas who are struggling. Mengo needs some extra support at the moment – to help with Covid provisions and to help keep the rest of their essential services running.

• What's the event called? The AJ Bell Leeds Triathlon, June 5th.
