Anaesthetic National Teaching Society (ANTS) Fundraiser for UoD

Around 5 billion people across the world lack access to surgical and anaesthetic care.

Critical shortages of trained staff in addition to limited anaesthetic equipment and medicines leaves people of all ages in pain, vulnerable to severe disability or unable to undergo emergency operations resulting in death.

As the University of Dundee Anaesthetics National Teach Society (ANTS) Representative, I hope to practically contribute to the wider movement to help those in need by raising funds for Safe Anaesthesia Worldwide. This charity was formed to ensure that the benefits of anaesthesia are available wherever needed so that patients can receive the treatment they need, safely and painlessly.
