Urgo Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge

Urgo Medical will be taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge on Saturday 7th September to raise funds for both Rainbows and DEBRA.

One of our chosen charities is Rainbows, who provides specialist care and emotional support for babies, children and young people with serious or terminal conditions and their loved ones, so they can enjoy their time together as a family, for as long as they have. As a charity, Rainbows is almost entirely dependent on people like you to provide the funds that keep our services going.

• £5 could fund their Play Team for fun and learning, using arts and crafts materials
• £20 could pay towards the care of a family members who has been recently bereaved
• £70 could fund an hour session of Music Therapy
• £100 could fund one days' worth of healthy nutritious foods at the Hospice

DEBRA is another one of our chosen charities, who exist to provide care and support to improve the quality of life for people living with EB, and to fund pioneering research to find effective treatments and, ultimately cure(s) for EB.

• £10 could buy a specialist soft bristle, gum friendly toothbrush to make cleaning teeth less painful for Fazeel
• £25 could buy a soft, seamless baby grow to reduce friction and associated wounds for Ray
• £50 could buy a specialist cooling gel pillows to minimise blistering and help relieve pain and itch so Maya gets a better night's sleep

Together, we can raise funds to support both Rainbows and DEBRA.
