UTS 100

As a sufferer from mental health myself, and something that has run in my family I believe this charity to be a fantastic organisation and really helping out people in need. My Grandpa (Barry Taylor) unfortunately passed away earlier on this year, and my mum and her sister decided this was the perfect charity to raise money for at his funeral. I went with them to hand over the money after the funeral and instantly fell in love with the place. I have been suffering on and off for the past few years, sometimes I'm fine, and sometimes I am so far from this its untrue. But one thing that I have found is that been out in the mountains is one of the greatest things for my well-being and I seem to thoroughly enjoy running, particularly long distances. therefore I have decided to participate in the Snowden UTS 100 next year - apexrunning.co/events/utsrace. As part of the challenge I decided I would like to try and raise as much money as possible for a fantastic cause, so if any of you out there could dig deep, and just contribute £5 to this fantastic charity - I promise I will do my very best to complete this utterly ridiculous challenge!!!
