Walk 100km by 31st August!!

After several years struggling with Chronic Fatigue, I am BORED OF IT and trying to get out and about and move more. So I have signed up for the BaNES 100k challenge - for me, this is to walk 100km between 1st June and 31st August. This equates to 1.1km/day or 7.7km/week - it doesn't sound like much but is a little more than I have been doing for a while, so it is definitely a challenge and will encourage me to move more!! No doubt my dog Boris will be joining me on most of those walks and will enjoy himself immensely too.  All proceeds go to two local charities working with children and young people - Off The Record and Mentoring Plus (full disclosure, I'm a Trustee of Mentoring Plus and can testify to what great work they do!)
