Walk to Wembley

In memory of Ricky and to raise vital funds for 'The Ricky Casey Trust' I will walking from Springhead FC to Wembley. The walk will start from the clubhouse on Sunday 18th September at 11am and finishing on Monday 26th September on Wembley Way before the England v Germany game. The walk is approx 200 miles across 9 days and I'm looking for people to join me on the walk on various legs but particularly the first and last legs.

The charity now has a clear target of raising £500,000 for clinical trials to look towards a cure for Renal Medullary Carcinoma which took Ricks life. We currently stand at just under £100,000 so every penny is vital. In addition we hope the walk will create more awareness around RMC and what the charity can help with. Rick was a very close friend not only to me but many people and I can't think of a more fitting way to remember him to end the walk at Wembley.
