My story
In late 2023 I was diagnosed with melanoma—something I never expected to face. It was a scary and uncertain time, but with the right treatment and support, I got through it. Now, I want to turn that experience into something positive by raising awareness and funding for melanoma research and support.
Melanoma doesn’t just affect individuals—it impacts families, friends, and entire communities. That’s why this May, I’m challenging myself to walk/cycle/swim/run 100 miles to raise awareness and funds for melanoma research and support. Early detection saves lives, and continued research brings us closer to better treatments and, one day, a cure.
I’m doing this for everyone who has faced melanoma, for those still fighting, and in memory of those we’ve lost. If you can, please donate—every contribution, big or small, makes a difference. Together, we can help more people survive and thrive beyond melanoma.
