We have both served in the military where we learned a lot and made some good friends
On leaving the military
We have now found the right path moving forward.
Since finding God our life’s have transformed for the better,
we have started getting fit and healthy
this is when we found a great place
Since finding Sporting force we have found a great place where, we really love to train and use the leasure facilities
The wellness centre and gym.
They have classes for everyone or just to train at your own pace.
So we decided
we would like to give something back for there help but also to help others.

Our goal this year is to do the Darlo 10k in August and we would like to raise money for sporting force
Which means the charity can support others
Weather it would be in sport, jobs or just an understanding ear.
We will be doing A few collection days and also getting sponsors as well.
