Willkie Waverunners

After last year’s stunning performance to the Grand Final, the Willkie Waverunners are pushing to take our success to the next level.

For those not initiated in the famous activity of Dragon Boating, it involves racing in a boat over an unobstructed course. The mighty International Canoe Federation Paddlers defines the activity as “sitting in twos side-by-side and use a single-bladed paddle. Both classes will also have a drummer and a steerer, with everybody in the boat paddling to the rhythm of the drum.”

The event allows us to raise money for some important causes and also gives us the opportunity for us to defeat our competitor law firms – although this time on the water and paddle in hand!
