My story
I'm taking part in the 3 Peaks Challenge on Saturday 16th May in support of an incredible charity, The Change Foundation.
For those unfamiliar, the challenge involves climbing the UK's three highest mountains - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) - all within 24 hours.
I'm doing this to raise funds for The Change Foundation, a charity I was introduced to while working with GB Sevens, and one that also has close ties with ActiveOps. Their work focuses on using sport as a powerful tool to support vulnerable young people, helping them to rebuild confidence, develop skills, and ultimately move into full-time employment.
It's a cause that makes a genuine difference, and I'm proud to be supporting it through this challenge.
