12 Winter swims for The Cinnamon Trust

12 Winter Swims from October to March 
Sometimes good ideas and intentions get scuppered by the weather, this is why we are committing loud and clear here to 12 cold water swims this Winter :) and hopefully raising a few pounds in the process.
From October to March we will ease our skins (no neoprene) into various lakes and unheated lidos across the UK. Our aim is to fly the flag for The Cinnamon Trust and support moments and memories and celebrate our furry friends and the vital role they play in the lives of older people and terminally ill people.

The Cinnamon Trust has 20,000 animal loving volunteers who offer their time to support others. They assist with e.g walking dogs, fostering if an owner is in hospital and taking pets to the vets.

We will keep you updated on our locations and swim times and temperatures. Rest assured we enjoy this! Thank you for any small donations you feel able to make.
