The Witness the Fitness Walkers 2025 – Part Three!
Ian, Al, and Rich are back on the trail for their toughest challenge yet! From 6–13 September 2025, they’ll be tackling a gruelling 200-mile trek along the stunning—but unforgiving—Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, all to raise vital funds for Headway North Staffordshire.
With an elevation gain equal to climbing Mount Everest and the rugged terrain of the coastal path ahead, this is no walk in the park. Training is well underway, but they’ll need every ounce of grit and determination to complete this epic journey.

After the last 3 days of rain, rain, and more rain, we left James Taylor and Chris Cullen at Freshwater West. Huge thanks to both of them for their support yesterday as we took on the Milford Estuary. Today began the same as most mornings.....wet. We dodged bullets (literally) at Castle Martin, before crossing the lilly ponds at Stackpole, and walking across Barafundel Beach. We crossed paths with Sam the runner and met the fabulous Charley who walked with us to Freshwater East. The final stretch into Tenby was windy, but remained dry and despite Al being ready to give birth from his foot, we're on for the final stretch tomorrow
Day 6 complete and onto the excitement of Day 7 heading to Tenby and catching up with Wheelbarrow man?!

Day Four - A day of extremely heavy rain and 40mph gusts but 26 miles coverered from Solva to Dale. This makes us 99 miles in, nearly halfway on our 200 mile trek.
