WRAC LIONESSES BRISTOL 10k

Your story

We are a team of female army veterans fundraising for the Women’s Royal Army Corps Association. We are a disbanded Corps and our non profit making charity supports our female veterans.

We enter a 10k run each year and our team are called the W.R.A.C. LIONESSSES.

The aim of the W.R.A.C.A. is to:

1. Support women who served/are serving in HM forces through comradeship/friendship.

2. Our Benevolent fund offers financial help for those who are in need and have come across hard times.

3. Maintaining traditions.

It is important to remember the women who served/serve, some making the ultimate sacrifice.

The support given is a lifeline for many who live alone and those who are less able.

We still have ladies who served in WW2, many now 100yrs old.
