Yorkshire Three Peaks

Sam and Tony are asking for your support, to raise funds for Dementia Forward. The charity are supporting people affected by dementia across North Yorkshire.

We feel that this is a great organisation that help people across North Yorkshire and we have decided to take on The Yorkshire Three Peaks. This seemingly 12 hour challenge, is actually 2 nights camping from the 5th until the 7th, with the walk taking place on the 6th of July.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, that's 1596m elevation gain in under 12 hours. These hills form part of the Pennine range, Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Safe to say, not the easiest thing we have done with our spare time, however walking is becoming a great passion for us and we thought why not try to do something for the greater good.

We feel this is for a great cause and we hope we can help people have a better quality of life.
