IRONMAN WALES 2011

Zoe Murray is raising money for RMP Central Benevolent Fund
My story
In a moment of insanity Wayne and I decided that we would like to do an event that would push us both mentally and physically and would be crazy enough that people would sponsor us.
IRONMAN Wales is a triathlon that encompasses a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run. Followed by a large beer and a week long siesta!!
The event takes place in Tenby on 11 Sep 11.
Our aim is to complete IRONMAN Wales in memory of Sergeant Ben Ross AGC (RMP) and all members of the Corps who have given their lives.
Please spare some of your hard earned cash for this worthy cause...or just to pay to laugh at the pain we are putting ourselves through for up to 17 hours while dressed in lycra!!
One day Wayne will forgive me for convincing him to do these events!!
