My story
A team from Zonal are taking part in the 5x50 Challenge 2014. The challenge encourages people to be more active in their daily life, and challengers need to run/walk/cycle 5km EVERY day, or do the 30 minute equivalent of some other exercise.
Some of the team members are raising funds for Dignity Alert & Research Forum (DARF) which is an Edinburgh charity working to end Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in Scotland, the UK, and globally. FGM is a traditional practice which can have lifelong health impacts on the women and girls who are affected.
