Community Social needs
At the heart of our aspiration is that our children should be confident individuals, successful learners, effective contributors and responsible citizens in Britian.
We also believe in nurturing our future teachers from within the community, as a result we already have young people who started off as students and now help as teaching assistants. The school recognises the need for more passionate people from within the community to train and eventually become qualified teachers in order to help serve our local 15,000+ Muslim population.
Due to the success and high demand, we already have a 5 year waiting list for the weekday school. The school has outgrown its current facilities and as a result we have formally launched an appeal to setup The Karima Education Institute (KEI) to allow for the expansion of the schools much needed work. As part of the expansion we have identified a number of sites in the area which could potentially serve as the new school premises.
In order for the KEI to become a reality and continue to benefit the community we need your help to raise £500,000, InshaAllah. This is no easy task; however, with the help of Allah subhanu wa t?ala along with yourselves, we are confident we can achieve this. We are also always looking for support and sponsorship for other projects.
How You Can Help?
We are looking for 500 very special Muslims to donate £1000 each. That?s 500 people out of 15,000+. This is a great opportunity for Sadaqah Jaariyah; continuous charity which will reap rewards in this life and the hereafter insha?Allah.
If you can?t donate £1000, don?t worry, you can still be part of this blessed project. You can donate £10, £100 or £500 or anything which is within your means. Alternatively, set up a regular donation via standing order or why not hold a fundraising event to help raise funds? Whatever you can do, we need your support.
So log on to www.karima.org.uk and donate now. If you are a taxpayer, do not forget to select gift aid, this will increase your donation by 25%
Alternatively, you can make a cheque payable to KMF and post to: Karima Foundation, Castlefield Community Centre, Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe, Hp12 3LL
JazakumAllah Khayrun ? May Allah subhanu wa t?ala reward you ameen.
Wasalam alaikum wa?rahmatulla
