CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS SPECIAL SUPPORT
The holidays can be a very difficult time - grief, navigating your health, loneliness, stress and increased worries. Everything can feel harder over the Christmas.
We are providing an open space for one hour each of the key holiday dates to provide a drop-in for anyone wanting a smile, someone to talk to, a moment to share. Whether in need of guidance for emergency contacts, whether just wanting to know you will have someone to talk to over the holidays...we are here.
FREE, SAFE SPACE hosted by one of our Charity volunteers.
Drop in with a cup of tea. Come as you are, smile, tears, worries...we are here.
After booking your space you will be given a zoom login link. Click the link to log in to the online zoom session. Camera on or off it is up to you, if you want to log in and type your questions that's ok too. Our team will have a list of emergency contact numbers if needed, but please note this is not for specific personal medical advice. This is for support over the holidays, even if all you need is a friendly smile to say Merry Christmas to someone.
