100 Strong: The Extra Mile

A Multi-faceted challenge that involves you, us and the nation making a difference to mental health! We are supporting WISH and women’s Mental Health throughout this challenge. 

The event is called ‘100 Strong’s The Extra Mile’, which is made of 3 main components.

• The British Isles 5 Challenge
(Apr 26th - May 7th)

Our founder Matt Roberts will take on a world-first as he attempts to climb the highest mountain in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales while cycling between the peaks. It’s over 1000 miles of cycling and 17,000ft in ascent of hiking. He will ferry between NI and SCO. 

• 100,000 Miles Together 
(26th April - May 11th)

We are hosting an event on Strava that the nation can partake in and collectively complete 100,000 miles of exercises (non motorised) to raise awareness of negative Physical and Mental Health and the need for resources to battle it. 

• 100 Strong National Charity Raffle 

We are hosting a large-scale raffle draw with draws for the national sector and in lots of individual locational draws. For every £2.50 you donate to this fundraiser, you’ll get a ticket in the raffle*. All tickets will be entered into the national draw unless you specifically state how many of your entitled tickets you’d like entered into another one of our draw. 

* unless in conjunction with any other fundraising promotional aspect of this event, the donation is anonymous or you donate after the draw is made on May 11th 2024.
