Daylight centre fellowship 150miles

The Daylight Centre is based in Wellingborough and plays a major part in the local community, supporting the homeless and vulnerable whilst offering a warm, friendly and dry place to socialise and meals at affordable prices for those who are less fortunate. They welcome anyone from any background. Rays Charity Runs are doing a bike ride with trailer from the Daylight Centre in Wellingborough to Nottingham City Centre and back to raise awareness of homelessness in towns and cities across the UK but mainly focusing on the Daylight Centre. Also we would like to make people aware of all the great work that the volunteer team do to support the people using the centre. I have used the Daylight Centre myself when I came out of the army and was diagnosed with Bi-polar disorder, not knowing anyone in Wellingborough or having anyone to talk to made my mental health twice as bad. If it wasn't for the Daylight Centre I wouldn't have felt strong enough to get back out there and have some sort of structure to work on and move forward. So I would like to do this as a thankyou and show my support towards the centre.
This event will take place on 28th July 2017 where we will be cycling to Nottingham with our start time to still be confirmed, on Saturday 29th July we will spend the day canvassing, on Sunday 30th July we will be cycling from Nottingham back to Wellingborough to finish at the Daylight centre, arrival time still to be confirmed.
