David Lloyd Gym Spin Class members are raising funds for our friends at the Stable Family Home Trust. (SFHT)

22 spinners will sit on 22 bikes for a two hour non stop Spinning session on
Friday 2nd December 2022, at 6:30pm
.
Each rider has pledged to raise through sponsorship or donations a minimum of £50 per bike for the privilege to suffer pain and agony for two hours.
Spin Instructors will each take a turn to beast the 22 riders delivering their individual style of Torture.

Your donation will go toward vital funds for essential activities for our friends with learning disabilities at SFHT day services.

The Stable Family Home Trust provides a range of services to support people with a learning disability to lead fulfilled and active lives.
We support people to be valued members within their local community, ensuring that they have opportunities for a good social life, support to make and maintain friendships and relationships and help to find meaningful occupation, learning and employment.
Services are based on flexible and personalised support for individuals. We work closely with family members, friends, other professionals, and anyone else who is important to the person we support.
The support we provide is holistic and we endeavour to ensure that the person’s mental, emotional and physical health is taken into account.
