Dear Friends, clients and suppliers

The challenge of peddling my way out of London and into the lanes of Essex and back to the finish line over Tower bridge seems to have come round very quick this year! Whilst not the most comfortable days for me, it is nothing compared to the pain in every second that my granddaughter Darcy, endures from epidermolysis bullosa.
Beneath all the bandages, creams and drugs she is just the same as any other four year old, wanting to play, run and learn but these things we all take for granted need planning and constant assistance for Darcy to feel included.
The money I raise will help in many ways, from mind blow scientific trials like gene therapy trials to the simple, but so important, help for the parents and siblings of eb sufferers.
