Boat of Hard Knocks 4.0

We are a team of 8 - friends, co-workers, ex colleagues and associates who 'Race The Thames' each year to raise funds for two amazing charities - LYR (London Youth Rowing) and School of Hard Knocks. Both charities use the power of sport to transform lives, working in various locations across the UK.

Race The Thames is a virtual multi sport event, although we choose to row the length of the Thames - 346km - across the week. We aren't rowers, but enjoy the physical challenge knowing that every penny we can raise supports great work, benefitting young people in schools and community settings.
