Charity Fundraiser for HDA & SRUK

Hi,

I'm holding a charity fundraiser day to raise funds and awareness for the HDA & SRUK.

I'm raising money for these charities as Huntington's disease has affected several generations of my family, with myself also testing positive for the defective gene in 2016. In August 2023 I was also diagnosed with systemic sclerosis which came as a shock, having not been familiar with the condition previous to this. I was unaware this could be the reason for my raynaud's phenomenon having become so bad. I am very grateful to the medical support that I have received since this.

Both charities work tirelessly to support people like myself and families affected by these rare conditions. It is so important that there is more awareness of these conditions to ensure early diagnosis, appropriate support and treatment. 

A huge thank you to everyone for their continuous love and support.
