I'm raising funds to support a fantastic charity who offer much needed compassionate, confidential pregnancy counselling for women and families facing unexpected or difficult circumstances.
This cause is deeply personal to me.
When I faced my own difficult journey, I remember feeling overwhelmed. I didn’t know where to turn, and at times, I felt completely alone. What I needed most wasn’t pressure or judgment — it was someone to listen, to understand, and to help me think clearly in a moment that felt uncertain and emotional.
That experience opened my eyes to how vital it is to have access to safe, supportive counselling. No one should have to go through that kind of moment without care, guidance, and compassion.
That’s why I’m passionate about supporting Amber pregnancy counselling who provide a non-judgmental space for people to talk openly, explore their options, and feel truly heard. These services offer not just information, but emotional support at a time when it’s needed most.
Every contribution helps enable the continued work to ensure that no one feels alone during one of the most challenging times in their life.

I reached a milestone I've not seen in many years, a 10k training run.
Slow and steady wins the race 🤣🤣
I'm not going to lie, the past few weeks have been challenging and my training isn't where I'd like it to be. To paraphrase Queen the challenge must go on. It's for a worthy cause. ☺️ Amber pregnancy councelling taught me it's okay to not be okay and how to live with the grief and loss that will be with me always.

What a fantastic evening in London for a track training session. We do have some beautiful parks. 😍
It was great to push myself, learn some new tips and meet some new people.
With every training session, especially the tough ones, I'm reminded why I'm doing this. To support, Amber Pregnancy Counselling, a small charity that is doing amazing work.

My furry running partner has had the all clear for full exercise activity. Whoop whoop 🥳🎉🏃🏻♀️
She joined me for her first run in months. What a great run it was! Such a happy doggy and happy human. 🐶 ☺️ Giving me a boost and pushing me just when I need it.😁
Knowing I'm running for a cause close to my heart keeps me going, especially on the days when the sofa seems much more appealing than my trainers! ❤️
