London Youth Rowing uses rowing as a platform to reach kids from underprivileged and disadvantaged backgrounds, delivering much-needed youth development programmes and life skills with rowing as the platform and vehicle to connect. There are so many wonderful benefits to exercise, especially rowing, which not only works almost all muscle groups, it encourages a connection with nature and the environment, in its purest form, and contributes to well-being and positive mental health.
